QIVR was built on a simple observation: healthcare journeys break at the seams. Patients repeat their story at every new encounter, context is lost between practitioners, and momentum dies in the gap between "something is wrong" and "someone is helping." We partnered with the QIVR team to design a connected patient journey that solves this end-to-end.

The platform is delivered as three products working as one. QIVR Go lets patients start from any signal — pain, stiffness, sleep, mood — without needing a referral. QIVR Care connects them into participating clinics. QIVR Pro gives clinicians a full view of the patient's history, symptoms, and progress from day one.

Our work spanned research with patients and clinicians, product strategy across the three tiers, design system foundations, and hands-on interaction and UI design for every surface. The result is patient-first infrastructure: portable data, continuity between practitioners, and care that stays with the person — not the clinic. QIVR is now live with participating practitioners and continues to expand across the Australian healthcare landscape.

Dr Aaron Buckland is one of Australia's leading spine and scoliosis surgeons. His practice needed a digital front door that matched the calibre of the clinical work — clear, calm, and genuinely helpful for patients often navigating a spine condition for the first time.

The centrepiece of the platform is a Free Evaluation — a structured, no-obligation intake that lets patients share their story, imaging, and symptoms before any consultation is booked. It removes the biggest friction in specialist care: not knowing whether you're the right patient for a specialist, or whether the specialist is right for you. Patients get expert triage; the practice gets high-quality context in advance.

Our work covered product strategy, information architecture, brand alignment, and the full design of the patient-facing site and evaluation flow. Every screen is written and shaped for someone in a vulnerable moment — plain language, honest expectations, and a considered visual system that carries the clinic's authority without feeling clinical. Broadacre is a single-venue hospitality group serving Melbourne with restaurant-quality food for pickup and delivery. When the team came to us, their operation was running on a patchwork of tools that were built for national chains, not a considered, chef-led kitchen. Orders, prep, dispatch and menu updates lived in different places. Nothing spoke the same language.

We designed and built a bespoke operations platform that fits how Broadacre actually works. The dashboard opens on "The day" — a live pulse of takings, active orders, and anything needing action. The catalog handles menu items, deli, and a 41-strong wine list from one editor. Slot-based scheduling gives customers concrete delivery windows and gives the kitchen a predictable cadence — orders fire to the pass with each run, dispatch sequences drops in the right order, and drivers leave with a packed manifest instead of a scramble.

Every screen is grounded in the visual language of the business itself — editorial, considered, unmistakably Broadacre. Our work covered product strategy, interaction and UI design, the underlying design system, and the engineering to ship it. The platform now runs the day-to-day of a working hospitality business, and the same foundation is designed to extend as Broadacre grows into new venues and formats.
